Compliance Radar is not legal advice

Everything on this site is information about published documents, not advice about your obligations. We tell you that a standard or a regulation changed and summarise what changed; we do not tell you whether it applies to you, what you must do, or by when. Whether a rule binds your organisation depends on facts we do not know, and answering it is the job of a qualified lawyer or your regulator — not of a feed.

Nothing here creates a lawyer-client relationship, and no summary we publish should be relied on as the basis of a compliance decision. Read the official document. We link to it from every entry precisely so that you can.

What the service is

Compliance Radar monitors official sources — standards bodies, regulators, and security authorities — and publishes what changed, with a link back to the original. Coverage is listed in full, including its gaps, on the sources page. Using this site means accepting these terms.

Accuracy, and its limits

We work from official sources and link to them, but we make no warranty that what you read here is accurate, complete, or current. Summaries are generated with the help of a language model and can be wrong or can miss the point of a document. Sources go quiet, change their layout, or publish late, and our monitoring can fall behind without us noticing immediately. An absence of entries for a framework is not evidence that nothing changed.

The official document always prevails over our description of it. Where the two differ, the official one is right and we are wrong.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability

This is a free service with no uptime commitment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including the RSS feed and this website as a whole, without notice. Deadlines, filters, and coverage may change as the catalogue changes.

Acceptable use

Read the site, subscribe to the feed, quote us with a link, and build on what you find. What we ask in return:

Do not automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for others. If you want the data in bulk, use the RSS feed rather than crawling every page.
Identify your bot honestly if you run one. We do the same when we fetch from other people's sites.
Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Do not present our output as your own legal or compliance advice to a third party.

Content and attribution

The documents we monitor belong to the bodies that publish them, and their rights are unaffected by anything here — we link to originals rather than republishing them. Our own contribution is this site: the summaries, the catalogue structure, the severity assessments, and the code. You may quote reasonable extracts of it with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication of the feed as your own product is not permitted.

Links to other sites

Every entry links to an external site we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service — including missed obligations, penalties, fines, lost profit, or lost data — whether the cause is an error in a summary, a source we failed to monitor, an entry published late, or the service being unavailable. If any liability is nonetheless found, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which for this service is nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability. Where that is the case, this section applies only as far as the law permits, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Privacy

We collect no personal data beyond ordinary server logs, and set no cookies. See the Privacy Policy and the cookie page.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top says when it last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the revised terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
