robots.txt on zakon.rada.gov.ua disallows all crawlers except Googlebot and Facebot. The feed itself works; the restriction is the operator's decision, and we honour it. We have asked for an allowlist entry and do not collect this source until it is granted.

Same restriction as zakon.rada.gov.ua: data.rada.gov.ua/robots.txt disallows all crawlers except Googlebot and Facebot. Both hosts are covered by one decision of the operator, so the open-data endpoint is not a way around it.
