Supporting GDPR consistency: EDPB launches dedicated form
The EDPB has launched a dedicated contact form enabling stakeholders to report possible inconsistencies in GDPR interpretation across Europe. The initiative supports the EDPB Helsinki Statement commitments to strengthen dialogue with stakeholders and ensure consistent GDPR enforcement. Reported divergences between national positions and EDPB positions will be compiled and discussed by Board members to consider steps for improving consistency.
