One-Stop-Shop case digest on right to object and right to erasure updated

The digest analyzes how DPAs implement and enforce compliance with Articles 21 and 17 GDPR, listing frequent infringements, corrective measures, and case examples. The update reflects hundreds of new OSS decisions adopted by DPAs since the original version.
