Updated the FedRAMP Marketplace for CR26 changes
FedRAMP Marketplace updated to reflect CR26 changes: added CSP lifecycle Phase field (Initial Implementation / Ongoing Certification), introduced new "FedRAMP Certified (In Remediation)" status, added clear Corrective Action Plan (CAP) indicator on product pages, and added Certification History event log on each product page. Reuse authorization metrics are no longer shown publicly.
